With a dramatic increase in the sales amount in overseas market, the company had a management conference in recent time and decided to fully implement ISO quality management policy in the company, execute ISO standards strictly, examine itself periodically, and implement process control and standardized operation management comprehensively.
The company has raised eight quality management policies on this conference and emphasized the highest management object of “Clients-Centered Service” to play the roles of leaders and encourage employees to join in it actively and forwardly. The importance of process management is stressed in the production, marketing and services.
The company also constitutes a quality management and surveillance team to ensure effective execution of quality management policy and work to go on smoothly.
The total implementation of Skyray quality management system based on ISO9001 will improve the quality management of Skyray Instrument greatly and give a great push to business of the company, especially the overseas business development.
