Discussion about service appea

Recently, the word "service" appears frequently between Skyray people. Wherever you are, both inside and outside the company, you can see the scene--Skyray staff discussing about service.
There are two topics in this discussion as following:
1. If you are a user, what services do you want from Skyray?
2. If you are a customer, what company do you want Skyray to be?
Heated discussion goes on between staff and distinct views appears, such as “service is not just smile”, “everything is important”, “service originates from sincerity”, “service relies on details”, etc. during morning meeting on 13 November, 2006, everyone speaks out freely and discusses actively, and raised a tide of discussing, studying and improving services.
