On Oct.19,2009, Vice Premier and Member of the Political Bureau of CPC Central Committee , Mr.Liangyu Hui visited Skyray Instrument to survey domestic instrument development and innovation with accompany by Secretary of Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee Mr. Baohua Liang, Jiangsu Provincial Governor Mr. Zhijun Luo, Secretary of Suzhou Municipal Party Committee Mr.Hongkun Jiang, Suzhou Mayor LiYan, Secretary of Kunshan Municipal Party Committee Mr.Guohua Zhang, Kunshan Mayor Aiguo Guan and other leaders. Skyray Chairman Dr. Zhaogui Liu welcomes every leader with great hospitality and introduces development fruits personally.
In the company hall, Dr.Liu introduces Skyray Instrument development briefly and shows the unique domestic analytical instrument industrial park to Premier. The industrial park will be put into use in 2010, covering Spectra, Chromatogram, MS and other high-technology instruments.
In the exhibition area, Dr. Liu introduces key technology UHRD detector system, XRF excitation tube and other products to Premier. Premier is very interested in our products and states that intellectual property rights are the core of China high-technology enterprises.

As Premier hears that Dr. Liu has been rewarded 1 million RMB from Kunshan government as a technology innovator, he gives high recognition and affirmation on Kunshan’s economic development.
