A line from the movie A World without Thieves denotes the truth humorously. The right people – talent, decides the growth of an enterprise. Meanwhile, the development of an enterprise requires a complete talent introduction policy. Skyray Instrument – leading manufacturer in China’s analytical and measuring instruments, always adheres to people-friendly talent policy and talent introduction policy – students from key universities across China.
Since “Skyray Instrument Scholarship and Grants” was funded in 2009, we have been cooperating with 25 key universities in China to award hundreds of college students with good academic performance. Total funding for “Skyray Instrument Scholarship and Grants” is above 1 million. Our corporation is taking a lead among other corporations in analytical and measuring industry in funding scholarship and grants in universities.
Before National Day, our corporation invited the scholarship top-prize winners to come here for a visit, tour around Skyray Building in Tsinghua Science Park and exchange, during which all expenses were covered by our corporation. Most of visiting college students were under postgraduate studies or PhD studies. Through the phase of growth presently, Skyray Instrument is eager to seek such people with postgraduate or PhD degrees.
In SAMIIP, Chairman Dr. Liu introduced our corporate development, R&D, products and corporate culture, etc. Dr. Liu also spoke of that, he gave up the opportunity to work abroad because he was and is still convinced that the future belongs to our motherland – China! Every Chinese student shall adhere to the belief that we shall contribute to the rejuvenation of our country, love the country and support our Party. After hearing out Dr. Liu’s speech, the visiting students applauded in admiration.
Later, Mr. Tang Jian, Marketing Director, showed the students around SAMIIP and introduced our Handheld Products and the application in mining industry, in which the students showed great interest. With the guidance of Mr. Tang Jian, they visited our R&D building and got to know more about our development history and corporate culture.
In the afternoon, Ms. Zhang Yuqin, HR Director introduced our organizational structure, welfare system and campus recruiting plan. She also analyzed the HR condition in Yangtze Delta Region, and geography, economy, social environment in Kunshan, giving suggestions to the students about making career choices.
After the visit, the college students expressed their best wishes to Skyray Instrument and took pictures. Dr. Liu hoped that the students could study hard and contribute to the country’s growth soon. Meanwhile, he also promised that Skyray Instrument would always offer talented graduates a platform to exert their strength.
