Board Chairman Liu Zhaogui is awarded “special government allowances”

Recently, with the permission of Council State, Department of Human Resources and Social Security have issued the list of persons who can enjoy the special government allowances, among which Board Chairman of Skyray Instrument Liu Zhaogui is awarded.
Professor Liu Zhao Gui has been employing himself in studying the analytical instruments, including X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer and Mas spectrometer. With the marketing operation of research results, many core technical gaps in the country are filled, promoting the international status of domestic scientific analytical instruments.
Several projects led by Professor Liu have been successfully commercialized. The Intelligent Handheld EDXRF Spectroscopy has been listed into the national important new product program and has won the support of important scientific achievement project of Jiangsu Province.
The special government allowances of State Council:
This system, built in 1990, is to award specialists, scholars and technicians who work in the positions of science, education, culture and hygiene and so on and in the first line of industry and agriculture, and at the same time have senior professional technical title and have made great contributions. From 2004, it changes its selection frequency from once a year to once for two years.
