On May 18, the secretary-general Ma Yajuan and the chairman Zheng Zengde of National Technical Committee on Analyzing Instrument of Standardization Administration of China visited Skyray Instrument, deeply discussed the formation and implementation of Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer Industry Standard.
The Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer Industry Standard, proposed by National Technical Committee on Analyzing Instrument of Standardization Administration of China, is divided into three chapters, “General Technology”, “Element Analyzer”, “Plating Thickness Analyzer”. Right now, the draft version has been finished.
On this day, in the conference room of Skyray Instrument, Miss Ma and Mr. Zheng made a in-depth discussion on the establishment and performance of the standard with Skyray’s vice general manager Yu Zhengdong, Director of Application R&D Center Dr. Yao Dongliang, Director of R&D Department Wu Shenghai, Vice director of R&D Department Zhou Xiaohui, Application R&D engineers Wu Min, Li Qiang, Sheng Min, etc.
Miss Ma stated during the meeting: “ As a kind of non-destructive qualitative and quantitative testing technology, Energy Dispersive XRF Spectrometer is widely used in industries like electronics, mechanical manufacture, medical treatment and public health, environmental protection and ecological research, metallurgy, food, jewelry and ornaments, geological exploration, archaeology, commodity inspection, electroplating, steel, petrochemical industry and rare earth, etc. While standards concerned in the technology is scarce at home and aboard. The formation and implementation of the industry standard is of great significance in promoting domestic industry and the integration with international advanced technologies.
The vice general manager of Skyray Yu Zhengdong indicated that Skyray, as a professional XRF spectrometer designer and producer, have a rich experience in respects of technology research and development, instrument manufacture, application development, product service and so on. Skyray will contribute to the perfection of industry standard by continuing to display its strength.
