Recently, Skyray starts to use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system officially, aiming to strengthen customer management, sale control, business routine management and customer service management. The utilization of CRM system indicates sales management is in perfect combination with information system, improving the efficiency and timeliness of management and paying much more attention to the quality and speed of customer service.
For 20 years development, Skyray has accumulated a large number of customers, widely engaged in industrial fabrication, scientific research, environmental protection, food safety etc. CRM system will provide a complete and clear category of customer information, to trace customers’ particular demand timely and accurately, provide products in need and improve service satisfaction.
In December, 2011, Skyray collaborated with Kingdee Software, formed a CRM Implementing Project Team led by Skyray’s Market Director, Mr. Tang Jian, besides, other departments like Sales, Marketing Management, Technique, Customer Service were all involved. In accordance with the requirements and rules of Skyray’s marketing and technical service system, Kingdee offered a detailed and customized project plan and was successfully launched in this September.
As a listed company, Skyray attached much importance to the standardized operation of internal management layer. Under the strategic request of President Liu Zhaogui “Speed up Company’s Informationization Construction”, SVN system of R&D dept., Call Center System of Customer Service Center, Bogou of Telemarketing Dept. together with the newly launched CRM system constitute company’s information system currently. Meanwhile, company’s strategy also changed to customer-oriented mode from product-oriented mode.
Informationization Construction is the great bulwark of company’s development, operation and management, improving work efficiency of all departments and enhancing customer relationship management.
