“Customer Care Month” Is About to Launch On-line

At the beginning of the coming new year 2011, we are about to launch “Customer Care Month” to thank our clients for your support and recognition in the past year. We are also hoping to get more feedback from our clients through holding “Customer Care Month”.
“Customer Care Month” consists of 5 sections: “carefree customer service”, “review of 2010”, “technical support on journey”, “travel with us” and “best wishes on festivals”. We are aiming to optimize our services from the clients’ perspectives: provide visiting testing service, offer discounted spare parts and more maintenance instructions, etc. We are doing our best to provide optimized services for our clients and take the clients’ suggestions with the ultimate objective of “carefree customer services”.
