“2010-211 Annual Sales Meeting” was held in Kunshan Times Hotel from February 17th to 19th, 2011. Our corporations President Dr. Liu, Marketing Director Mr. Tang Jian and hundreds of industry and regional sales managers attended this years meeting. Marketing Director Mr. Tang Jian hosted the meeting.
This years meeting was held under the theme of “New Start, New Journey” to sum up the corporations sales in 2010 and look ahead after our corporations IPO on January 25th. Dr. Liu made the opening speech.
Dr. Liu said that, our sales growth in 2010 exceeded the expected rate, which could be attributed to the efforts of all sales managers. After IPO, Skyray Instrument will confront more fierce competition. We need to make specific analysis of sales growth point in each region and each industry, while starting to discussing and deploying the 5S service sites according to the prospectus.

During the meeting, Marketing Director Mr. Tang Jian gave a report on 2010 Marketing Data Analysis, which consisted of collection, comparison and analysis of sales data. He analyzed and demonstrated each sales region, each industry, marketing demand, marketing management and sales input. He also analyzed problems during marketing in 2010 and proposed his solutions. He requested that, all sales managers needed to improve team building by analyzing sales cases periodically and sharing experience within group.

With regard to the problems occurred in the past year, all sales managers discussed around how to formulate new rules for our corporations sales marketing system. After the brain-storming discussion, a new plan for sales marketing system was passed. Our sales managers claimed that, they would contribute more to the robust growth of Skyray Instrument after IPO in 2011.

In the meeting, several sales managers were awarded for their extraordinary contribution during 2010. Dr. Liu presented the award to the sales managers personally and told us their extraordinary sales stories.

After the awarding ceremony, several extraordinary sales managers shared their successful sales stories this year with us. Sharing of successful sales stories helps improve the corporations sales systems and resonates powerfully with other sales managers.
Customer Service Director Mr. Lin Chengsheng, Manager of Marketing & Sales Center, Ms. Chen Weiwei introduced the functions of Customer Service Center and Marketing & Sales Center in detail. Sales managers can find out resources and communicate information with Technical Service Dept., R&D, Application R&D Center and other departments in the corporation through these two departments. Meanwhile, sales managers posed some suggestions towards clients management system and discussed later during the meeting.
