Conclusion of “Customer Care Month”

At the beginning of this year, “Customer Care Month” was launched on-line and lasted for one month. Above 500 clients attended our activities and gave us feedback through our forum, mail and hotline, etc. several participants won our presents which will be sent soon.
“Customer Care Month” was held to thank our clients for your support and recognition in the past year. We are also hoping to get more feedback from our clients through holding “Customer Care Month” which consists of 5 sections: “carefree customer service”, “review of 2010”, “technical support on journey”, “travel with us” and “best wishes on festivals”. During the whole month, more and more clients joined our on-line activities and sent back their feedback, towards which we would like to express our sincere gratitude.
After “Customer Care Month”, our corporation will always deliver “customer-oriented” services to our clients in the future.
