On Dec 15th, “Skyray Instrument Initial Shareholders Temporary Meeting of Year 2011” was held at Hua Dong International Business Hotel, Kunsan. Skyray shareholders, representatives, board members, supervisors, senior managers, representatives from recommended institutions and lawyers from East (kunlun) Shanghai Lawyer Institution attended this meeting.

This shareholders meeting cumulatively voted the second board members and board supervisors. Mr Liu Zhaogui,, Mr Yin Gang, Mr Yu Zhengdong, Mr Zhou Li, Madam Zhu Ying, and Madam Zhu Xiaohong were elected as the second board members; Mr Wang Jingyuan, Mr Hu Kai, Madam Li Danyun were elected as the independent directors; Mr Zhang Jiale, and Madam Hu Jiangtao were elected as the second board supervisors.
