News from Instrument.com Industrial and Commercial Bank of China(ICBC) recently organized a business negotiation on Buy-back Gold Product Detection Device Project (C.K./Unified_Head Office-2012-015/Z. 0519-Precious Metal-Detection Device), and decided to appoint Jiangsu Skyray Instrument Co., Ltd. (“Skyray”)to be the supplier of the project.
The purchased device for the project is the XRF Spectrometer Analyzer of Jiangsu Skyray Instrument Co., Ltd., with model of EDX3000PLUS.
The Project Notice defines product’s price, also revealing the excellent service system of Skyray, who will provide ICBC with a series of pre-sales and after-sales service including installation, debugging, training, inspection, technical service etc., which refers to 24 hours technical support hot line service; on-site technical support service; 48-hour emergency technical support service. Meanwhile, Skyray will organize a collective training for ICBC’s relative business personnel, and assign professionals to teach at specified place according to ICBC’s demands.
