2009 Geological and Mineral Analytical Testing Technology Seminar is held in Times Hotel at 8:30am on19th, May, in Kunshan, Jiangsu, which is supported by National Geological and Mineral Testing Centre, East China Mineral Resource Supervision & Testing Centre of National Land Resource Dept., Hefei, Anhui Province Mineral Resource Supervision & Testing Centre of National Land Resource Dept. and Jiangsu Skyray Instrument Inc. Mr. Liqiang Luo, Vice Chairman of National Geological and Mineral Analytical Testing Centre, Mr. Zhaogui Liu, Chairman of Jiangsu Skyray Instrument Inc, Mr. Zhengdong, Yu, Vice G.M. of Skyray have participated in this seminar. Mr. Weinan Yan, Marketing Director of Skyray presides over this seminar.
Mr. Zhaogui Liu, our Chairman makes the welcome speech at first. He says that the grand 2009 Geological and Mineral Analytical Testing Technology Seminar is held in Kunshan in this pleasant and blooming season; and it is the first time for us to undertake this seminar since we established Skyray for 17 years. Thank you very much for supporting Skyray! Then Chairman Liu gives a brief introduction to the present ones covering products, market, technology and the company going public. When speaking about going public, he says in humorous tone that he believes the present experts will buy Skyray’s stock. In the exciting atmosphere of this seminar, Mr. Liu wishes in advance this seminar will obtain a great success.
Mr. Liqiang Luo, Vice Chairman of National Geological and Mineral Analytical Testing Centre makes an academic report on “new development of geological analysis”. He introduces the three latest geological analysis technologies that are LA-ICPMS, LIBS and MXRS respectively. Mr. Liu explains in easy language for a profound study and illustrates advantages, disadvantages and potentiality of three latest technologies in details. In addition, small stories he alternates in the report adds much interesting for attending experts
About 10 o’clock, Mr. Yu, Skyray Vice G.M. gives a report on ‘analytical instruments applied in geology and mineral’covering ‘geological and mineral analytical methods status’, ‘common analytical instruments for geological and mineral industries’, ‘common instruments application for geological and mineral industries’and so on topics. He analyzes the actual status of geological and mineral industries and put forwards three maim characteristics of the analytical instruments, which are frontier nature, practicability and high performance-price ratio.
Mr. Shulong Zhang, Doctor of Tsinghua University brings the newest information on international and domestic analytical instruments R&D. Starting from his research subject he strictly and meticulously analyzes R&D status on Atomic Absorption Spectrometer (AAS), Inductively Coupled Plasma Spectrometer (ICP). In addition, he makes vivid explanation to these two kinds of instruments applied in geology and mineral industries.
At 13.00, our specially invited guest, Mr. Jialin Shen, the Chairman of East China Minerals Resource Supervision & Testing centre of National Land Resource presents at the seminar to make a special report on XFR technology applied in geology and mineral industries. Mr. Shen focuses on technology, performance, characteristics and application superiority of portable, hand-held XFR instrument. The seminar is over at about 17.00.
