“Improving product quality and customers’ satisfaction to further increase market share” is what every enterprise is pursuing. Skyray Instrument lays great emphasis on its management in all levels within the corporation and is making every effort to be precise and reasonable in corporate execution. In the initial period of Skyray Instrument, we already take “scientific research and development” as our main direction and “quality management” as our core in production. Recently, in order to assure better product quality and optimize the products, “On-site Seminar of Upgrading Total Quality Management System” has been held in the company.
Our company Chairman Dr. Liu, General Manager Mr. Ying Gang, Deputy General Manager Mr. Wang Yaobin, Deputy General Manager Mr. Hu Xiaobin, all administrative and R&D directors and production directors attended the seminar.
What is more, Dr. Liu noted especially “three initiatives” in three stages. In the first stage, advance the Total Quality Management. We have already implemented the Total Quality Management System in every department of the company and every section of the corporate execution, gaining very good effects; in the second stage, integrate the quality management with international level, Skyray Instrument has already acquired ISO9001 certificate and built a international top-level platform for quality communication to enhance our external exchange and study; in the third stage, pursuing excellence, marching into new century, we will build innovative integrated base of “manufacturing, research and development”, to provide a platform where corporations can convert their R&D fruits. Dr. Liu talked about our present quality management system and pointed out that, there is no end in quality management which needs to be improved constantly. He also emphasized the necessity and importance of upgrading the Total Quality Management System and he said, the upgraded quality management system would go through a series of sections from setting up the new project and starting the designing, to purchasing materials, processing and installation, etc., finally acquiring customer’s feedback, which is a complete closed-loop system. It is known to us that the first step of quality control is serious control on raw materials, and the second step is inspection on every section in the research and development process. Therefore, quality management closely concerns the job of everybody.
Deputy General Manager Wang Yaobin introduced 10 relevant sections and 18 relevant quality control points after the upgrading and made an analysis of the possible bad effects brought by these points on design, process, materials, etc. and their influence on the product quality. He requested that, all our employees should be strict with operating procedures and processing flow, avoiding the emergence of different quality problems.
During the seminar, everybody were discussing around the quality management and expressing that we are ready for the upgrade. Dr. Liu, together with Mr. Yi Gang, Mr. Wang Yaobin and Mr. Hu Xiaobin had discussions with our employees around the sections such as raw materials processing and products inspection, etc. Dr. Liu also posed “keep on working on the quality management, making our quality management up to the international level” and our employees were greatly inspired by his remarks.
There will be no end in quality management. Skyray Instrument will keep on exploring, innovating and improving our products quality. By now, our self-developed instruments have been sold in many foreign countries, with our market expanded throughout the world.
