On June 2nd, 2010, Vice Admiral Liu Xiaojiang led other Secretaries of Division Commander of CPC People Liberation Army Navy, accompanied by Mr. Liang Baohua, Secretary of CPC Jiangsu Provincial Committee and Mr. Luo Zhijun, Governor of Jiangsu Province, inspected Research Institute of Skyray Instrument in Tsinghua Science Park, Kunshan.
