EDX 600 PLUS is a coating thickness analyzer of bottom-illuminating type specially developed by Skyray with many years of experience in X-ray fluorescence coating thickness testing technology. With this instrument, the measurement work can be convenient and efficient, without liquid nitrogen and sample pretreatment. It can accurately detect the thickness of components of industrial electroplating, chemical plating, hot plating and other coatings and the metal ion concentration of electroplating solution, helping enterprises to accurately estimate costs and do quality control. It can be widely used in photovoltaic industry, hardware and sanitary ware, electronics, aerospace, magnetic materials, automotive,communicationindustry and other fields.

The imported high-power high-voltage unit with micro-focusing X-ray tube greatly ensures the efficiency and stability of signal output.
Compared with generic EDX600 version, EDX 600 PLUS adopts a more advanced high-resolution Fast-SDD detector, with a resolution as high as 140el, which can perfectly and accurately analyze different elements, and has incomparable advantages for the measurement of multi-coating and complex alloy coating.
In the choice of collimator, EDX 600 PLUS is also advantageous. As against EDX600, it can be equipped with smaller collimators 0.1*0.2mm, 中0.15mm, 中0.2mm, and 中0.3mm. The ultra-small light spot obtained by the ultra-small collimator makes the measurement of smaller samples easy.
