The VOCs-800P Portable VOCs Analyzer is based on GC-FID technology. It is a portable analyzer of total hydrocarbon, methane, non-methane total hydrocarbon (NMHC), benzene series (BETX), VOCs factors and other volatile chemicals. It can be used in detecting pollution sources, analysis and comparison of ambient air VOCs, emergency detection, survey, and environmental law enforcement.
Product Features
The product fully conforms to the HJ1012-2018 Ambient Air and Stationary Source Emission-- Specifications and Test Procedures for Hydrocarbon, Methane and Non-methane Hydrocarbons Portable Total Monitoring Instrument and HJ38-2017 Stationary Source Emission—Determination of total Hydrocarbon, Methane and Non-methane Hydrocarbons—Gas Chromatography.
As a professional as well as a general-purpose instrument, VOCs-800P not only meets the technical requirements of TYPE I and TYPE II instruments in HJ1012 Standard, but also complies with lab-used non-methane total hydrocarbon equipment requirement. In addition, the instrument can be expanded to detect benzene series, other VOCs characteristic factors.
Truly portable as the weight of the main machine is less than 9kg, and the power module is detachable with the cylinder module.
Data lock. With built-in GPS module, the monitoring data is linked with pollution locations, so the data locks the pollution source.
Results can be printed out by connecting to a pocket printer in the field or output as a professional test report.
APP remote operation. The APP in the cabin where the online equipment is installed can start the portable analyzer on the platform with one key. During comparison, this can reduce deviation between sampling time of online equipment and that of portable analyzer, guarantee sampling consistency and ensure accuracy of comparison
