TVOC-800 Online VOCs Monitoring and Alarm System is based on photoionization detector (PID). It can quickly detect TVOC, VOCs. It is suitable for online real-time monitoring and warning and alarm of excessive concentration of TVOC and VOCs from organized exhaust gas (centralized discharge outlets) and unorganized exhaust gas (factories, factory boundaries, etc).

It conforms to Guangdong Provincial Standard DB44/T 1947-2016 Stationary Emission Sources--- Continuous Automatic Monitoring System of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) --- Technical Requirements for Photoionization Detector (PID) Method.
It meets the requirements of Notice on Strengthening Monitoring of Volatile Organic Compounds Emission in Key Enterprise Industrial Parks issued by Hebei Provincial Environmental Protection Department.
Imported top brand PID sensor with high precision, fast response, and high sensitivity.
Built-in secondary dust removal and dehumidification pretreatment system, which effectively filters particulate matter and water impurities, and prolongs the service life of the system.
The system has back flushing and cleaning function on the automatic sampling flow to ensure reliable measurement data.
Fast analysis cycle, with single sampling & analysis cycle less than 1min, and monitoring in high real time
Automatic VOCs online monitoring. Warning and alarm of excessive concentrations.
The system is expandable, with possibility to integrate five meteorological parameters, outdoor screen and other components.
Explosion-proof setup is optional, which is mainly used in explosion-proof areas, gas stations, etc.
