Data processing software will search, in accordance with the mass spectrograms of samples, the NIST2011 database for the target compounds and display the results. The results include retention time in actual testing, molecular structure of the compound and it standard mass chromatogram. It will also include the standard and real abundance values of ions so that users can make accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis.
