X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer is a rapid, accurate, and high-efficient nondestructive analytical instrument of various elements based on XRF detection principle whereby source Xrays excite samples to generate characteristic fluorescent X-rays for measurement.

The main characteristic of the instrument is its high capability to excite light elements Na, Mg, Ai, Si, P, and S utilizing intelligent vacuum system.
