Testing method
Normal five parameters: electrode (pH, water temperature, conductivity}, fluorescence (dissolved oxygen) and optical dispersion (turbidity)
Permanganate index: permanganate redox
Ammonia nitrogen: ammonia gas sensitive electrode and salicylic acid spectrophotometry
Total phosphorus: ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry
Total nitrogen: ultraviolet spectrophotometry with alkaline potassium persulfate digestion
