Skyray had quality control meeting in Shenzhen on March 6th. The focus was how to strengthen quality control of product development and design and improve process management level, and 3 decisions formed as following.
1. To perform process planning during product development to improve process accuracy
Process work must be meticulous to assure quality of designed product. During initial stage of product development and design, according to client requirements, make full investigation and research of XRF spectrometer market, work out detailed process development plans, make sufficient consideration for current personnel, mechanical equipments, technical capabilities, logistics, production environment and other factors, establish jobs and responsibilities of related departments, manage by project, set goals and schedule for each department, check the tasks and urge the tasks to finish jobs as required.
2. To establish procedure quality control points to improve quality of the process
Mr. Ying Gang, general manager of Skyray Instrument, emphasizes that effective means must be adopted to control critical or special process to assure its controlled state while establishing procedure quality control points. When the person in charge finds the controlling means can’t meet process requirements, he/she should report it to related department immediately. And the department director should arrange personnel to analyze, modify and improve it to make sure the process is under control and can provide qualified products steadily in the long term.
3. To strengthen process quality audit and improve process management level
Process quality audit is the key of inner quality audit and the purpose is to verify that if influencing factors and controlling means meet requirements of process control and ability, find existing problems, take effective corrective or preventive measures to make improvement and enhancement, and assure process quality is steady under control.
The quality management meeting is the mark of a big step in quality management, and it promotes development, design and production and solves some actual problems. The implementation of decisions will increase production efficiency, reduce production costs and create economic benefits.
