Four companies, Jiangsu GOVTOR Capital Group, Suzhou SNDVG, Suzhou Golden Future VC and Shenzhen Cowincapital, have invested 7 million stocks, 62 million RMB into Jiangsu Skyray in June, 2009. These new shareholders will provide new strategic concept and financial support to us. The registered capital of Jiangsu Skyray Instrument Co.,Ltd. is 52 million RMB.
