Symposium of Precious Metal Analytical Technology was held in Fanyu, Guangzhou

Symposium of Precious Metal Analytical Technology, organized by Jiangsu Skyray Instrument Co., Ltd., was held in Fanyu, Guangzhou on August 6th, 2010. Professional experts from National Gemstone Testing Center, GTC, Guangdong Provincial Jewelry Testing Center was invited to the symposium for discussion around the development of domestic and foreign precious metal analytical technology and its application, etc.

Mr. Tao Zhengdong from National Gemstone Testing Center lectured on the National Standard “GB11887-2008” in the symposium for the audience.

Later, Dr. Yao Dongliang, Director of Skyray R&D Center, introduced our corporation and made a special report on our corporation’s latest R&D results of hazardous substances in precious metal. Our corporation shared our R&D experience of testing of hazardous substances in precious metal with the participants during the symposium and made analysis of precious metal analytical technology in China.

Our EDX3600B and SUPER XRF1050 received great attention, which were developed for meeting the new demand of testing hazardous substances in jewelries from home and abroad. EDX3600B and SUPER XRF1050 were developed for measuring hazardous substances in precious metal, while EDX3600B could also be used in coating measurement, steel and nonferrous metal testing, cement testing, ore analysis.

Dr. Yao operated the instruments to demonstrate the performance of EDX3600B and SUPER XRF1050 and explained their application in precious metal testing industry. Then, after testing he answered the questions from the participants and put forward many suggestions towards the usage of EDX3600B and SUPER XRF1050.
