On August 16, 2010, opening of ceremony of Skyray Analytical and Measuring Instrument Industrial Park was held grandly, signifying another significant milestone in the development of Skyray Instrument. Distinguished guests from Jiangsu Provincial Government, Kunshan Municipal Government, China Instrument Manufacturers Association, University of Science and Technology of China, Tsinghua University attended our opening ceremony and brought their best wishes.

At the beginning of the opening ceremony, Chairman of Skyray Instrument Dr. Liu gave a speech and announced the commencement of SAMIIP opening ceremony.

Ms. Tang Haixia, General Manger of Instrument.com.cn, the largest website for scientific instrument in China was invited to our opening ceremony.

The inauguration of SAMIIP signifies that Skyray Instrument has stepped into a brand-new era as the leading corporation in China’s analytical and measuring industry, and China’s analytical and measuring industry has moved to a higher stage of development.
Later, Dr. Liu led the visitors to tour around SAMIIP and introduced our workshop, Application R&D Center, incoming material inspection system, highly efficient management model and visual working management system, of which all visiting leaders spoke highly and they praised Skyray Instrument for our corporation’s standardized and visual operation and management.

Supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China, and relevant sections of Jiangsu Province and Suzhou, the first phase of SAMIIP was constructed and put into use in May, 2010. SAMIIP covers 100 acres and will be constructed in two phases with total investment of several hundred million RMB. The first construction area is about 34,000 square meters and a 10-storey highly intelligent R&D Building and workshop have been built and put into use.

As the manufacturing base of Skyray Instrument for Spectroscopy, Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry, construction of SAMIIP will adhere to “Reasonable Planning, Organized Layout” and meet the requirement of “High start point, High standard, and High quality”, targeting to build SAMIIP into international top-level industrial park.
