Too few samples (but the samples have covered the whole test window); how to improve?
Answer: On one hand, the count rate is too low, may be because the sample is too thin; you can put more layers to increase count rate. As to some work curves of the elements, Skyray engineers will be responsible for them. On the other hand, perhaps because the datum is not import after re-installing the software; just import the datum under the software catalogue. Generally, all samples should cover the whole window; the minimum thickness of polymer and light metal such as Al, Mg and Ti is 5mm; minimum thickness of liquid is 15mm; minimum thickness of other alloys is 1mm.

How to test galvanized steel?
Answer: Usually the thickness less than 30 um can be penetrated through X-ray fluorescence, and then iron can be excited out. In order to eliminate iron impacting on the lead testing, we usually choose iron and steel curve. Otherwise, we choose non-ferrous metal curve.
